Unfortunately shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed as most orders are fulfilled within an hour. We have a bright orange notification on the checkout page so customers know this ahead of time. We also have automatic address validators with warnings built in to the checkout process to prevent shipping address errors and typos.
If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, you may be able to have the USPS intercept the package and forward it to a new address or hold it as the post office for pickup. For more information, visit the USPS package intercept page.
If your shipment is not eligible for a package intercept on the USPS website, you may still have options. In that case, please contact the USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777. Once a package is in transit we have no power to change anything on our end as we are not the addressee.
Orders that are returned to us by USPS are refunded.
