You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Use the "Track your Shipment" link to track your package on the USPS website. If you have an account on our website, you can also log in to view your tracking information here.
If the tracking information says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, check out this article.
If the tracking information does not show a scheduled delivery date and it has been over 24 hours since your order has been in transit, there may be a problem with the shipment on the side of the USPS. In that case, contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your tracking number handy. Once a package is picked up by USPS we only see what is available on the tracking page so we will not be able to provide any additional details. As the addressee, you are required to be the one to contact them. It is no longer legally our property after it is in transit so the USPS will not work with us.
If the USPS puts you on hold, they will give you the option to request a callback instead of having to wait. We recommend doing that!
If a USPS Priority Express package arrives later than it should have, please contact us. We will refund the shipping you paid and file a claim with the USPS.
In the rare case a package has truly been lost in transit, we will cover the loss with a full refund or by sending a new package.
