Sometimes USPS updates their package tracking to delivered before a shipment is physically delivered. If you received a delivery notification and it is still the same day of scheduled delivery, you should receive it by the end of the day.
If it has been over 24 hours since receiving the delivery notification and you still have not received your package, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your tracking information handy. Unfortunately once the package is picked up by USPS we only see what is available in the tracking information. It is in the hands of USPS and they should be able to help you locate it. As the addressee, you are required to be the one to contact them. It is no longer legally our property after it is in transit so the USPS will not work with us.
If the USPS puts you on hold, they will give you the option to request a callback instead of having to wait. We recommend doing that!
It is important to call the USPS first as they are responsible for getting the package from us to you. In the rare case a package has truly been lost in transit, please contact us. We will cover the loss with a refund or by sending a new package.
